Mark-Brian was born in Chicago and raised in Irapuato, Mexico.  He has performed extensively throughout the DFW Metroplex since 1980 in a variety of roles from Musical Comedy, Classical Ballet, Tragedy, and to Improvisational work.  He?s performed on diverse stages: the inaugural performance at the Latino Cultural Center, Malachite Room, Theatre Three, McFarland, The Majestic, Stage West, Teatro Dallas, etc.  He has done more versions of the Nutcracker in regional Ballet companies than can be counted on both hands and feet & he guest teaches at Etgken-Atkinson Metropolitan Ballet School.  He also has copious positive reviews on file for his over 50 stage performances should you have a free afternoon to peruse them.

In the last 12 months, Mark-Brian was seen nationally on Telemundo as Dr. Monsalve in the prime time telenovela "La Ley del Silencio;" the film "Sketch" in which he plays the lead, Pirate Gap-Toothed Ed, and the plays "Art", "Theatre of Death", "A Commedia Carol", "The Odd Couple", "Kiss the Boys," .and the musical "Le Cabaret Burlesque."

Besides performing, Mark-Brian stays busy producing theatre.  This fall, just in time for Halloween, he will be producing & directing the newest installment of "Theatre of Death" a series of short plays dealing with death, dying, and murder.
